2002 GMC Safari injector system

What can cause an injector system to have to be replaced twice in 12 months injectors and pressure regulator. The engine would flood out, have taken it to the shop twice and had replaced the mechanic told to get used to it as this would happen often as per general motors its a common occurrence

Only thing I can think of is cheap parts like stuff made in china the injectors were a problem bu twere taken care of and the regulator can go so as long as fuel pressure is good ten it should be ok.

Ummmmmm, not sure of your problem. Does not seem normal. I can tell you that I bought a used vehicle one time, pulled the fuel tank to replace the fuel pump, and found 5 pounds of sugar in the fuel tank. I guess the guy had enemys.
