My car stalled n the road

Ford focus 02 plate, driving down road car coughed splutterd then cut out, been in a local garage now for 2 1/2 months, its had a new fuel pump, crank sensor, then the garage thought it was the icu unit, now they think it is an electrical fault. Car just won't start.

But they had it running with etha engine start.

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump.
