Need help ASAP. Car will not start due to the immobiliser icon rapidly flashing upon ignition. Also EAC fail appears on the dashboard. When I first had the car the throttle body was faulted so upon swapping throttle bodies with a matching number part all is well. Although throughout the year it has cropped up now and again. But I believe this is just a result of a bad code in the ecu and it needs programmeing. Anyway this time the car wont even engage the starter motor due to the immobiliser. Also you can he the relays clicking rapidly for about 5 seconds on ignition then the fuel pump kicks is. I have put the car on a diagnostics tester and read the codes
P0123-Throttle position sensor/switch A circuit high input.
P0222-Throttle/petal position sensor/switch B circuit low input.
my scanner would also not clear the codes. But then finally upon disconnecting the battery for the 3rd time. The immobiliser went off and I was able to start the car no problem. Then today it has come back. However my diagnostic tester will not show any codes. I have a 52 plate ford fiesta mk6. All the fuses have been checked and their fine. Umm if youd like to know more just ask. Thanks for any reply in advanced!

If you have another key I would try that but otherwise you are going to need dealer level equipment to interface the PATS system.

Thanks for the reply, was only given one key so sadly cannot check. And for another it's gonna cost over  100 from ford? Gonna ring the guys at my local Ford dealership and see what they have to say. The car has been nothing but a nightmare.
