What damage are you familiar with that is caused by a power wire arcing to a ground while replacing an alternator? All 5 relays in the interior fuse panel plus the 15a fuse in position 14 are affected. The 15a fuse blew but replacement did not fix the problem. What should the voltage numbers be at the affected switches? Relays have yet to be bench tested but would like the whole story, what else could be affected if the relays check ok? Consider any effect on the PCU/ECM. The gen. Module has been exchanged with no effect on the problem.

The problem is that all the features powered by the 5 relays don't work, such as the power windows.
