2002 Ram 2500 van

My 2002 dodge ram 2500 van starts and runs fine buts cuts off for no reason, then the gas guage doesn't register, it turns over but won't start. Let it sit for a couple minutes and it starts right up and then does the same thing. It has a brand new fuel pump that I thought was the answer. Any answers?Thanks

When it shuts down, check for fuel pressure. Even though it's a new pump, it could be bad or you may have a loose connection at the pump or a bad fuel pump relay. Check that too.
