2002 Dodge Ram Engine will turn over but will not start

I try to start my truck and the engine will crank over and over like it wants to start, but it just won't catch. I don't know if it is the starter or the ignition coil or the spark. I just drove it yesterday and there was no problem, but today it won't start. Will I do damage if I crank it constantly for 5-10 second bursts? Then the abs light comes on as well as the light showing that the brake is engaged. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
