Air condition blows air when turned off what could be the problem

gas mileage has dropped to 17 miles per gal

keep having problems with the clutch fan

Blower resistor for the blower.

Driving habits on fuel mileage. Make sure all your tune up items are up to date

there is a re call for the fan. It is a re flash for that issue. I believe it is a recall. If not it is a tsb.
