How to replace a radiator in a 2002 Chevy Cavalier?

Disable the sir system. Drain the cooling system. Remove the hood latch. Remove the right and left headlamp assembly. Remove the radiator upper mounting bolts. Raise the vehicle. Disconnect the forward discriminating sensor harness. Remove the cooling fan assembly. Remove the radiator outlet hose from radiator. Remove the lower transmission oil cooler line from radiator. Lower the vehicle. Remove the hood latch support bracket and the forward discriminating sensor sensor with the harness. Remove the upper transmission oil cooler line from the radiator. Remove the surge inlet hose and the clamp from the radiator. Remove the condenser from the radiator, if equipped. You are not required to discharge the ac system. Remove the radiator assembly from the vehicle.

Installation is reverse of removal.

Don't forget to add coolant.
