Car runs fine and has power at low rpms. When it reaches over 3000rpms it has very little power and won't accelerate like it should. What would make it run poor at high rpm? In park it will rev up ok but it used to be better. What is wrong?

Check fan belt for wear or replace it it may not begetting enough power to operate cause it may be slipping. Reccomended replacement of belt an dtensioner is 60,000 mi

It sounds to me like your cat is stopping up or is stopped up. That would be the first thing I'd check.
