Engine keeps overheating?

Hi my BMW keeps overheating, I have changed water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, top and bottom pipes but still over heats. Any ideas what might cause this, would having part synthetic oil in engine instead of fully synthetic oil do this?

Make sure the radiator isn't plugged.
