Won't start and when I parked it the epc light came on

My vw jetta won't start and when I parked it the epc light came on and my car only had half power. I'm trying to Get it running again. I hooked it up to a computer and it pulled the output speed sensor p0722, engine speed sensor p0725, and the throttle actuator p0638. I dnt know where to start or where these sensors are located. Any help would b greatly appreciated

Hello,

The no start issue could be caused by the throttle actuator.
One of most common cause of low power is a faulty throttle actuator. Sometimes when the throttle actuator components get dirty, they are unable to send accurate data to the ECM, in turns the ECM can reduce power or trigger a no start.
