Car hesitating

My car is hesitating while driving. It happens off and on wjhile driving. No other problems. Engine light flashes and then gos off

The MIL flashing indicates an error has been detected and trouble codes would be recorded in the engine computer. Get a scan done and let me know the EXACT trouble code if any found.

The code would point us to the right direction to be looking.
