2001 Renault Scenic cylinder not working

The third cylinder from the left seems not to be getting petrol ignition coils are ok, brand new spark plugs when I take all 4 plugs out 3 show that they are working but the one in the third cylinder still looks brand new, really puzzled on this

You can easily check your injector. Its next to the plug. Unplug it and go to your local parts store and find out if they sell noid lights. These are specific to the type of plug is on the injector. Theyre generally sold in a set. Plug it in to the wire that youve taken off of the injector and start the vehicle. The light will blink every time the car tells the injector to fire. If the light blinks then the injector is bad. If you have a multimeter you can check for simple continuity through the injector by touching one lead to one side of the injector pin and the other lead to the other pin. If there is none then the coil is bad
