Why could my car be sucking so much gas and stalling at time all of the sudden?

Running too rich could be caused by the following

1. Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3. Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.

No, the check engine light is not on. Here lately though, if I step on the brake to start slowing to a stop the fluid light comes on but shuts off when the car comes to a complete stop. I checked the oil and it was really low so I think that may have been the cause of that.
