My 2001 Pontiac Bonneville is making a rubbing noise on the passenger front wheel all the time, the store I just bough tires it says it is a hub bearing. Is the car safe to drive for a few days until I can get it to my mechanic. There are
no steering issues.

It should be okay, but there is a chance that the bearing could cause more damage or even lock up the wheel. Be careful and alert. Please realize I am not there to hear how bad it really is.

If you have other questions, let me know.
