I think I have a shortage in a wire in my radio, because my clock and radio stopped working after we changed the battery. I got a new radio unit and was wondering if it would work?

Sounds to me like you just simply blew a fuse !!! Check your fuses for your radio and replace them and all should be well again for your radio etc !! Here is the wiring diagram for the radio so you can test the fuse # 35 and 10. If good then the radio blew out when you connected the battery it happens.

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know what happens.

Cheers
