I would like to replace the air bags with coil over springs

I have a 2001 Lincoln Town-car Signature. I would like to replace the rear air bags with coil springs from a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis or a Ford Crown Victoria. Is that possible will they work?

We only recommend direct fit replacement parts. I can understand why you want to do this; however, the parts won't fit properly and can be a safety issue.
