Power streeting

My 2001 lincoln town car has a power steering problem the streering wheel dont come back after you turn 4.6 motor I had the steering box change it had missing theeth also had a new idler arm install to I didnt have the power steering pump change it wont stay on the road right ihad the front end align also the power steering fluid goes up down when the motor is running in the resover slso thay check all the steering parts everthing is good

I would have a pressure check done to the power steering pump.

I would have all the ball joints checked for binding as well as the tie rod ends.
Get all these checked before proceeding.
