Hi guys. Its been a long time I asked u any question and I always respect your recommendations.

i have recently replaced my d13 engine with d15 only the assembly i.E. Block, head, ring piston tappet, timing belt which came with the engine, the previous one had a damaged block.

i hv run it for about 30km and checked while running the engine that the water is all clear in the radiator but is giving a delayed bubble?

secondly what are the pros and cons, the engine is Japanese and slightly used?

thirdly the other problem I am getting so far that the rear bottom mounting is causing too much body vibration during starting the car and while running it as well and my technician has advised me to replace it (will make adjustments or install new one) which he shall do it on monday.

the other things which I have replaced are

complete radiator (new)
transmission oil as it is auto (new)
engine oil (new)
front foundation (new)

fourthly also tell me how much fuel efficiency would be effected with this engine?

all parts are honda genuine parts like radiator and lubricants

please reply soon cuz im in a hurry and very much disturbed by these issues

regards,
kashif (Mr.)

When you change things in today's cars, one never knows what to expect. That is why we only recommend direct fit parts. In your case, chances are there are issues with sensors. You have a different engine now. Is the computer able to recognize that?
As far as the mount, I would need to see it. If you can up load a picture, it would be helpful. Fuel efficiency changes will be minimum. The delayed bubble in the radiator may be just air pockets still working out of the system. If it continues, a bad head gasket can cause it.

The mount problem is now fixed, there were some minor adjustments to be made in the mount.

Engine check light turns off normally no issues

tappet adjustments were made and engine is soundless

my technician has confirmed me that there is no gasket issues, what else that may be causing the problems? Or is this a problem? Or just ok. I think they told me that these are air pockets from the system will confirm it and will let you know

the point you have mentioned about the sensor I will get it checked at honda authorized dealer and lets see what they come up with.

Drive is much smoother than ever and pickup as also improved a lot.

Im still keeping the engine under monitor specially about the heating problems, the engine is still in guarantee and if there would be any issues they have committed to replace it

what do u mean by fuel efficiency would be minimum?

What do u suggest to check the engine, when the tappet cover was opened for the first time it was found golden in color.

Checked with the honda dealer, I checked the engine compression which gave me the readings of 140psi, sensors must have worked during engine tuning, its an auto transmission but knocks during first or second gear?
