The first code indicates a fault with the HO2S sensor (commonly known as O2 sensor). You would need to test the circuit and the sensor to see which is the cause of the problem.

As to the 2nd code, thses are not OBD-II codes so it is not possible to know which to test but it is something to do with the ignition and could be the crank sensor and/or its wiring that is at fault.

Can a bad crank sensor causes knocking? Crank sensor and Camshaft position sensor are same?

Crank and cam are different sensors and they would throw their own code. Of course they would affect ignition timing.

Dear KHLow2008, how can I accurately know which sensor is throwing this code (15-08 IGNITION OUTPUT SIGNAL FAILURE.)? My mechanic cleaned crank sensor and now knocking has reduced, can a crank sensor improves upon cleaning? Thank you

The scanner should have the ODB-II codes, that is the priority for scanners. Maybe you can try a generic scanner.

For Code 15, that is a fault with the igniter circuit but I believe your vehicle does not use any igniter and with individual coil packs, the firing is computer controlled. That is the reason I do not know which code to refer to to get the correct information.
