Why would my Honda Accord 4 cyl VTEC 2001 lack power

My honda has lost horsepower. It was running fine and now top speed is about 30 mph trans is fine(auto) I replaced plugs wires rotor cap to see if that would help its the same. Engine light is on and obd2 reads cylinders misfiring.

New plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Good compression. Runs smooth with no load but lacks power. I wonder why no codes except po300, po301, po303, po304. I cant afford a dealer and dont want to continue to replace parts with no idea of which ones defective

You have a random and specific cylinder misfires-check and test the crankshaft positon sensor behind crank pulley and the TDC sensor in the distributor and coil/s

I will check those tommorrow thanks the car feels to me like the timing is retarded. Ill check that too with a t/light
