The battery was not charging and in testing the alternator I broke a bolt. So I replaced the alternator with a new one today but the battery is still not charging. I need a wiring diagram which is not in the Honda service manual. Can someone point me to where I might find the wiring diagram for the charging system? Maybe point me to where the issue could be?

Thanks for any help!

Is the alternator OK (charging?) Test at the charge wire on alt.
If it's OK, then you could have a bad battery (bad cell) or corrosion on the cables preventing the battery from accepting a charge.

Here's a guide on alternator testing, it will help you figure this out

Attached below is the charging circuit wiring diagram for your car

Charging is controlled by the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and if the alternator had been tested good, you could have a faulty PCM.
