2001 FORD FOCUS
How do you test the blower motor resistor in a 2001 ford focus se?
have the same problem?

You don't really test the resister itself. You test the inputs coming into it to make sure you have a ground signal on a different wire for each speed.

If i'm not getting any air out of the motor would I be safe to replace the resistor and see if it fixes the problem or is there another recommended route

Sure you can if you want to take the risk. That's your decision.
