The trunck running good at idel but when I push the gaz pedal the truck dont take the gaz is running bad

I check the compressor engine it good 150 150 150 150 150 125 120 90
i change the gaz filter and spark plug. Right side left side
now I need your help.

The compressionis way low on the last cylinder, you may have a bad valve. Check yoru fuel pressure also it may be loww.

What makes you think that is good? You have a nearly dead cylinder @ 90PSI.
