2001 Ford F-150 Front driver side window motor

Is it possible to replace just the window motor without replacing the entire window regulator assembly? If so how difficult is it to get to the 4 upside down screws that attach the motor to the regulator? Please advise. Thank You. Marty

dorman products sells a window motor for around 32 bucks online. Not sure if it's for a regular window or not but they are the oem suppliers. see pic for instructions on removal
