2001 Ford Expedition Wont Start

My expedition will not start, there is a clicking noise where the relay switches are. When you try to start there is clicking in the engine and the gages tack out and back a couple times and then don't work. New voltage regulator, battery and starter relay.

1ST OFF.......LET'S TAKE THE BATTERY TO A POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORE TO SEE IF IT IS "GOOD" AND "CHARGED PROPERLY"........THIS IS USUALLY A FREE SERVICE

......I KNOW IT'S NEW.....I SEE 'EM BE BAD, RIGHT OFF THE SHELF, EVER' NOW AND THEN!

KNOWING THAT IT "READY TO GO" WILL KEEP YOU FROM CHASING YOUR TAIL LATER......
