Caravan wont start

I have a 2001 dodge caravan and the car started rough. I backed out of the drive way and then I drove for about 100 ft and the car died. Now it will not start at all. The fuel rail is getting good fuel and there is spark but still will not start. Please help

CRANK WITH NO START
HAVE GOOD FUEL PRESSURE AND HAVE SPARK !

CHECK FOR INJECTOR PULSE
CHECK TIMING
CHECK FUSES
CHECK FOR CODES

It will run for about 17 secs then shuts down. There is pressure and I replaced the fuel filter. There are no codes, timing is good, and how do I check the injector pules?

Security system or light on?
Check and clean throttle body
To check injector pulse
Locate injector and unplug
To should have two wires
With engine cranking one wire should have power and the other should pulse ground
