Heater blower

I just got my heater blower and my blower resistor replace, and their this constant noise coming from the glove compartment when heater is on, is this normal?

No this is not normal, you can check the blower mounting. If it is loose, it will vibrate causing a noise.

Or a foreign object may have fallen into the case.
