Have you tested the charging voltage? Have you manually recharged the battery?

Would that have anything to do with no gears? Thanks when we had the battery tested they said it passed but it was low and needed charged, and we just took it out of the car.

The transmission controls are electric. You must have a fully charged battery before looking any further.

You can have it tested. Charging it at 20 amps for an hour would charge it but it would still need to be test to determine if it's good or not and then the charging system of the van needs to be tested.

If your still have transmission shifting problem, have a transmission shop look at it as they have a lot of trouble with the electric shift solenoids.
