2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser touring

I had a radiator leak for about two months but never took care of it but keep water in it well on day I was driving and the temp got to about 210 , it has been hotter than that before but this time the car shut completly off, I was going about 40 mph when it died. So I pulled over and tried to start it again but it wont start it just sounds like the starter is just spinning I still have power to all electrical.

Check engine compression, you may have a broken timing belt.
