Where is the Remote Control Door Lock Reciever located on my 2001 Silverado?

It recieves signal from key fobs and actuates door locks.

If you have one it will be on the uppercenter of dash. But check batteries in key fobs as well as fuses in lower left ip and relays as there area bout 4-5 fuses for it as well as 2 relays. There are 2 different models one is base and the other is an up level.
