Hi. I replaced the rear drums and pads a couple months ago and since it has been clunking when heavier braking. If I really coast to a stop with very mild braking, there isn't any noise. Does this sound like an adjuster issue? I have tried backing up and braking numerous times. Thanks!

It is possible the the drums you used are out-of-round. Were they re-surfaced or bran new?
Regardless, I would ensure that the drums are not warped.

Thanks. The drums were brand new. I'll pull them apart and see what I can see.

When you installed the new drums, you may of adjusted them too tight causing too much friction/heat in the rear and making them pre-maturely fail.
