My cavalier is getting to the fuel injecters but the plugs are dry. What could the problem be with that? And only the high beams work.I replaced the bulbs and headlight switch and the problem remains

Are you saying the vehicle won't start? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Use a noid lite see if you have injector pulse, engine cranking. Do you have spark at the plugs, engine cranking?

Did you check for voltage at the headlamps, use a voltage tester. In the diagram, the top wires going into the headlamps is voltage, hot all the time. The bottom wires, those are grounds. On/off, hi/lo beam are controled on the ground circuit. I'd check the headlamp switch and wiring circuits for the headlamps.
