When first try to start car on cold mornings get nothing but one click when turn key. No matter how many times try to start just one click and nothing. But then leave it sit for literally two minutes it starts right up on first try.

First, check to make sure the battery terminals are clean and tight. Make sure the connections at the starter are the same. If everything looks good, chances are the starter is going bad. Remove it and have it bench tested at a parts store. Most will do it for free.
