It got overheated and the engine was rebuild but now is evaporating the coolant

When you drive it and you check the coolant is almost empty but no leaks anywhere.

There must be a leak. Have a leak down test to verify the head gasket. Have it pressure tested to verify the rest of the system.

Once again, have someone check the car with a pressure testor to find the leak. They can use dye to find it.
