Non start mainly after short Move

Non start mainly after short move. May start but lumpy then cuts out. Occurs several times a year. Replacement engine (67000 miles ) with ancillaries fitted this year, with mechanics advice. Problem persists. Diagnostics carried but found no fault found. Regularly serviced, good battery.
