My car is taking time to start off once u stop

Once u get the car going it goes fine but once u stop at light or something its like the go does want to go and then it just takes off but it sounds like it wants cut off

The first thing I would check is fuel pump pressure. If there is a check engine light on, have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.
