Could be an IACV problem-try cleaning it out and see what happens

Take to autozone and have them hook it up to diganostics

Just to add to this one those car's are known for the number one intake port leaking vacuum from the gasket it's the port over by the power steering pump. That could cause a high idle or missing at idle. If you have a code P0301 I would really look there for a leak.
