Question about motor oil for vehicles more than 75,000 miles and 5w30 oil type

I went to goodyear to change the oil they used a motor oil for vehicles for more than 75,000 miles and the type of oil is 5w30 do you think is that good

So they used a high mileage oil?Does your car burn oil in between oil changes?Also depending on the outside temp climate etc will also determine what weight oil etc you can use.
