When vehicle doors are locked after leaving vehicle, the interior lights take up to 3 minutes to turn off. When driving the vehicle they will not turn off.

Headlight delay relay possibly going bad. Check owners manual and remove relay and lights should go off when door is closed. Also check switch by turning to manual. You also should check the door switches to make sure they are working ok.
