Starting and acts like not getting gas

2000 Jeep Cherokee 6 cylinder. I have had a problem with my jeep with starting. It will turnover but will not catch on the first try, it will take two or three tries and then it will start sluggish. I have change the purge selinoid and it does not help. In the last month I have changed the fuel filter, fuel pump, crank sensor, and battery. Now my check engine light is coming on with a PO411 error code. Any suggestions?
