Heater is making a sound like when you stick your finger on a plastic fan blade?

I have a 2000 Honda passport. The Ac went out this summer, which I dont care about, but I live where it snows and now my heater is making a sound like when you stick your finger on a plastic fan blade its like a clicking whistle type sound. Its blowing semi warm air but not HOT air and its not heating fast. What could this mean?

Hello,

The noise you are hearing likely from a damaged or loose blower fan.
The blower motor is located under the dash panel (see diagram below).
