Engine stall at idle

My engine makes noise and my dont start sometimes unless I give it gas. My rpm is below 1. So I got new spark plugs and wires put on and it did it again

If you have you hold the throttle open for it to start, that leads me to believe you have a throttle body/idle air control issue (which is very common).

Try servicing both with throttle cleaner.
