P0135 Toyota - Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

Do the checks I mentioned earlier and check the O2 sensor circuits, may be a problem in the sensors or a power feed problem to the heater element, you will have to check both things.

That code has to do with valve timing it's best to have a pro look at this as it may be a multitude of things. See pic for causes for code.

My 1999 lexus gs 300 is misfiring when you press the gas peddle, and the check engine light is on as well as the vsc and the vsc off light. What does vsc stand for?

Also check oil control valves for function. And coil connectors for disintegration looseness.
