2000 GMC Savana Heating

Our Van will not heat up and will not blow very hard? We have checked the coolant and kept it full. It takes about 20 minutes of driving the van to get it to warm up. We also have a very loud sqeaking noise coming from the engine, It will go away once I hit around 50 mph. What am I looking at as far as fixing these problems?

Is the engine taking 20 minutes to warm up? Are you in an extremely cold climate? As far as the noise, could it be a belt. If you hear the noise at an idle, pour a little water on the belt to see if the noise changes. Make sure to protect your eyes and cloths.
