2000 Ford Mustang repair

I have a 2000 ford mustang. I'm not to sure what is wrong with it. When ever you try to stomp the car gas the car will bog down and almost come to a complete stop. Its worse when you try to go up hill I have talked to some people about it and they named a few things off I already replaced the fuel filter and that didn't help could you please help me figure it out thank you

Have the fuel pressure checked.

I absolutely agree, check the fuel pressure I've done thousands of fuel pumps on these cars, and make sure they replace the tank to filler neck grommet if it indeed needs a fuel pump.
