What will happen if someone puts about 4 fl oz of alcohol (not the kind you drink) in your gas tank?

The amount is not much and it is not going to affect anything.

If you are worried, the best thing is to remove and flush the fuel tank. A little contaminants usually does not harm anything as the fuel delivery has a fitration system to take care of those.
