When the ac is on loss power feel heavy, I have to push the pedal all the way in for it to get more power. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

Does this ever happen when the AC is off? Are you sure the compressor isn't in the process of locking up?

Is the ever any belt noise? Do me a favor, there is one wire going to the compressor. Disconnect it and see if it does the same thing. Keep in mind, the AC won't work with this disconnected.
