Why am having trouble starting the car?

The car was sitting for about a month with a bad fuel pump and the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuel pump and fuse. I see smoke coming out of the passenger side of the engine.

I don't think I'm getting compression.

Do a compression test and pressure test the coolant system you may have a blown head/intake gasket
