I bought a 2000 dodge durang a little over a month ago. The check engine light came on and I took it to Autozone and was told it was a code for an 02 sensor. But the truck ran fina and the gut said it wouldn't hurt the truck so I was awaiting for some more money. 2 weeks later I parked the truck at an appointment and whne I came out 2 hours latyer the truck would not start. It sounds like it is trying to start and cannot be jumped. I had it towed home and checked the error codes. 5 come up. P1388, p0645, p0505, p1282, p0420. What could this mean? Thankn you.

1388 is asd relay circuit
505 is iac malfunction.
1282 fuel pump relay wiring
420 is cat effeiency.

As usual, autozone was wrong. A code never identifies a bad part, just a failed system
you need a shop to track down these issues and give you a bid. It will not be cheap with a diag of 4 codes.

All that OBD2 codes -Problem could be a module/s failure if it was me I'll have the computer reflashed and see what happens-You have some serious problem here and its not a quick fix extensive diagnostics is involved here w/o a reflashed

What does reflashed mean? And the car isn't drivable. What should I do, can a mobile mechanic fix it? Or will it need major overhaul?

Find a local shop with a scan tool that can help you out. Dealers are way overpriced.
